What is the 300 mile club?
To get better at running, you have to run! Training in the off season is difficult. You cannot start running the first day of practice and have a successful season. We have mileage goals for our runners so that they are well prepared for the season.

- No more than 150 miles in a 30 day period
- No more than 100 miles from biking
- (3 miles bike = 1mile run)
- One session of weight room = 1 mile ran
